@TEAMJARUCA1RUNE I know the 360 sucks. 360 gets all dlc before ps3 gets them. in the next 3 years the 360 is going to get COD DLC before the PS3 just like they did with GTA 4. So, the PS3 can suck it. BTW i do love the God Of War and metal gear series.
@tkhushrenada If it was an open world game it would ruin the story. Thats why the story to gta games aren’t that great. Ps they are going to make two dlc and after that they’re going to make a season two.

@projectcolin yea but this repetition isnt good the formula that is MW2 works very well
i enjoyed very much this game…for me this game was relaxing
i might of got it if it was on ps3 looks fun
@rodriar mw2 is repetitive as hell i have played a lot of games but cod series is really the most repetitive. in mw2 they tried to fix it with locations but i found it a waste of time because the graphics suck. it was good for cod4 but not for now
theres no cliff hanger at the end its just hard to grasp. you have to completely understand it. pretty much the parts of everyone swich or move in the story. alan takes alice’s place in the darkness for example. but how he says it wasnt a lake it was an ocean. that part was slightly confusing, I personaly think that has to do with the las scripts you get that a poem from thomas zane.

@TheJCruz13 are you kidding me. have you actualy looked at the texture work it is bad, the shadow maps are even worse. at every important point of good graphics they fail
@Poondawg68 when alan says its not a lake its an ocean hes being controlled by barbara into writing that. she is making it so the darkness can spread farther. an ocean is much bigger than a lake so the darkness can spread across the world
this is what alone in the dark should have been.
a new system and game play that doesn’t suck
i find it funny how everyone says this is good but hardly anyone bought it.
@projectcolin in my opinion it was very repetetive. same monsters. (except for bosses) only the game kept me going
Um… the gameplay was actually this game’s strongest suit. The story was pretentious and a bit cliche. Also, the character dynamics completely discombobulated the game’s abitious plotline. None of the characters really meshed well together, especially Wake and Barry as best friends. WTF! Anyway, awesome game. Still loved it.
People, i’m xbox 360 owner and great fan but let me say this….. ALAN WAKE SUCKS BALLS. better buy a Ps3 and play Heavy Rain.
You enjoy Wake only the first few minutes than you get bored. It’s so repetitive and absolutely not scary. Pure Shit
@Menego17 “Absolutely not scary?” Really? The opening nightmare is terrifying and the dark woods you trudge through made me jump when a bush moved. Yeah, combats kinda repetitive but when has a survival horror game had shining combat(besides resident evil 4 of course)?
@TheWardcat Hey, i was waiting for Alan Wake even more then i did with Halo 3 but i am really disappointed. i mean, i played games like F.E.A.R. or Dead Space and i think they’re much more scary than Alan. 5 years or so are enough to make a great game but this time i think it didn’t worth the wait. in Alan Wake i loved the plot and the mood (expecially the first 3 chapters). With that said when i see heavy rain i think it’s much better. And that’s my opinion.

@projectcolin Well, i guess it is to you, but what does alan wake a survival horror game have to do with call of duty a war game? i have to admit the multiplayer in call of duty can be repetitive. but the campaign is just awesome.
I notice that every review this guy makes he says that the game is repetative…
