u have 2 install the disc it coms with then download everythingand u should have a video converter file,the u pastes the videos there and convert them to the mp3 file
I have philips go gear, the music sounds great from this mp3 player much better than my ipod touch, i actually dont like the music quality from my ipod touch but i still use ipod touch because of youtube and other apps, but if you are a music person philips go gear is the best thing

Arrrggg I have a Gogear but mine is just a bit different and it irritates me so much ! I have to reset is pretty often and when I`m trying to put music from my computer on my mp3 is skips some songs saying there`s something wrong but it doesn`t say what. And it has nothing to do with the format because it doesn`t have any problems with another song from the same album. Next time I`m buying an Ipod !

Philips imo make the best quality mp3 players.
My mp3 players always stop working right after warranty expires. T_T That’s what my Philips GoGear Vibe 4GB did, doesn’t even turn on anymore.
